BYTENOTECHH provides enterprise IT consulting, Cloud Infrastructure architecture, Endpoint Security management, and strategic technology advisory services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management and security
• Microsoft 365 administration and migration
• Active Directory and identity governance
• Fractional CTO and strategic IT advisory
• ISO 27001 compliance readiness
• Custom website development and optimisation

3. Consultation Bookings

Free 30-minute consultation bookings are subject to availability. BYTENOTECHH reserves the right to reschedule or cancel consultations with reasonable notice. Consultation discussions are confidential and subject to our standard NDA terms upon request.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of BYTENOTECHH and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent.
• Intellectual property rights for custom work delivered to clients are governed by individual project agreements.

5. Client Confidentiality

BYTENOTECHH takes confidentiality seriously. We:

• Never disclose client identities, proprietary systems, or business data without explicit written consent
• Offer NDA agreements upon request before any engagement

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BYTENOTECHH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those specific Services.

8. Payment Terms

For paid consulting engagements:

• Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work
• Initial 30-minute consultations are provided free of charge
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. BYTENOTECHH reserves the right to suspend or terminate Site access for violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

BYTENOTECHH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
